Holon Consultants finalises the Management Buy-Out (MBO) transaction of EDICA S.A. no. 1 publisher of business diaries and one of the leading book printing shops in Poland. The project included transaction structuring and arranging financing of the MBO and refinancing of the Company’s current debt facilities. In the Transaction Holon arranged more than PLN 45 m.

Szybka Kolej Miejska Sp. z o.o. - 216 mln PLN capital raised for urban railway development

We are pleased to announce the successful closure of our next transaction this year. Our client Szybka Kolej Miejska Sp. z o. o. („SKM”) – rail operator for the Warsaw agglomeration, has raised 216 mln PLN in debt finance. The funds will be used to complete the railway connection between the city centre and F. Chopin Airport, as well as the purchase of 13 modern trains. The financing is in the form of a bond issue, in two tranches long- and short-term, with BRE Bank as the investor and guarantor of the issue.
