Druk Intro S.A. - Holon Consultants attracts an investor for the largest book printing house in Poland.

We have a pleasure to announce the successful finalisation of the next transaction by Holon Consultants. Our clients – owners of the largest book printing house in Poland – Druk Intro with its registered office in Inowrocław, finalised the process of sale of 100% shares in the Company. The parties decided not to disclose the transaction value. Shares in Druk Intro S.A. were purchased by funds managed by White Eagle AG with its registered office in Switzerland. The transaction involved sale of 100% shares in the Company for cash.

Holon Consultants acted as an advisor to the owners of the Company in the process of the verification of the development strategy and in the investment process, which involved preparing the offer, identifying investors, transaction structuring and its implementation.

The Company

Druk Intro has been operating on the market since 1994. The Company specialises in book, picture album and school textbook printing and binding. The Company’s offer also includes magazine and job-work printing.

The Company’s established position on the market of book printing and high quality of services offered are a guarantee of a wide base of clients – leading and recognised publishing companies, including Oxford publishing house, AGORA publishing house, Gruner+Jahr publishing house (publisher of National Geographic, Fokus, Traveler, Claudia, Gala, Naj and many others), Nowa Era (leading educational publishing house in Poland) and Muza S.A. (leading publishing house specialising in literature, picture albums, atlases and encyclopaedias).

The Company has a state-of-the-book machine park. The machine park includes five sheet-fed machines (including three 8-colour ones) manufactured by Heidelberg and Komori, and one reel printing machine manufactured by Timson (2-colour).
Druk Intro belongs to leaders on the printing market in Poland. It won awards for the best printing house in a few national rankings of book printing houses in Poland.
